The house is new and extremely tastefully furnished with Italian contemporary furniture, its owner live in São Paulo and use this house is mostly used during certain weekends. The house is situated in a luxurious very private street, well secured and surrounded by unbelievable vegetation, you could say the amazones. The house is suspended and a stream of very quiet water runs below the house giving it a soothing sound of water, which when it rains, accelerates and becomes quite exquisite.
There is a couple that live within the gounds and keep the house immaculate, the wife can cook upon request and the husband can also drive if necessary by separate arrangement.

Technical Description

Ground Floor: From the entrance it leads to the very large lounge with its high ceilings central to the house with glass windows all the way across one side leading to the rear garden. There is a dining room to the left with a loft type room above which is used for either a TV room or office. To the right of the living room before the corridor is the fully equip kitchen with an enormous glass ceiling, there is also an additional room by the kitchen with a separate shower room. Down the corridor you will find the 3 large bedrooms 2 of which are en suite.

Pool & Garden: The living room leads out onto the decking of the giving with the exotic views of the garden. There a large pool and towards the end of the garden is steam room, separate bathrooms, changing rooms and showers.
